A 12-week program with an expert guiding you through infant development, pelvic health, and functional medicine support during the 4th trimester. When mom is supported, so is baby. Let’s OPTimize your postpartum experience together!

Over the 12 weeks, you will:

  • Infant development: Promote motor skills and cognitive development, bond with your baby, engage in weekly developmental activities, and feel more confident in your parenting.

  • Pelvic health: Restore your pelvic floor and core, follow a guided movement plan, and ensure you return to exercise, sex, and daily activities without pain or fear of leaking.

  • Functional medicine: Nourish your body holistically to accelerate postpartum recovery, minimize the risk of postpartum depletion, support your mood, and rebalance your hormones.

    • Restore your pelvic floor and core through lifestyle recommendations and exercises led by a Pelvic Health PT (appropriate after either a vaginal or cesarean birth).

    • 28 safe exercise routines to implement starting Week 1 of your recovery.

  • We recommend starting during pregnancy with our bundled deal that includes both OPTimize Birth & OPTimize Postpartum so that you can prepare for birth AND be ready to start our Postpartum Guide on Week 1.

    But if you are finding us after giving birth, you can still benefit from the information if you are within the first 6 months postpartum. We recommend starting at Week 1 and skipping anything that feels irrelevant. *Spoiler alert: most subject matter will still be relevant.

  • Yes! This guide was designed to OPTimize your postpartum experience. You’ll help your baby thrive and your body optimally recover by following our weekly activities, lifestyle recommendations and exercises.

  • Yes - this guide includes cesarean scar massage and mobilization strategies specifically for you. Plus, following the the guided weekly movement flows are not only safe for cesarean births but will foster an easier cesarean recovery.


    PS: your pelvic floor is not spared after a cesarean birth therefore all moms can benefit from the pelvic floor rehab components of this guide!

  • Yes! The developmental activities are priceless and even seasoned moms tell us they’ve learned so much from this guide.

    Additionally, your body will likely need even more care if you have given birth multiple times.

  • This is certainly an option! And can compliment PT or OT services nicely. However, we’ve worked with countless mothers who weren’t able to stick with the recommended treatment plan from their PT/OT due to time and financial constraints.

    Even if you do go through your insurance, there is often co-pays, deductibles, and surprise bills that make it challenging to continue.

    Our goal is to provide you a comprehensive, preventive support for both you and baby so you don’t need to seek out a PT, OT or both. And if problems do arise or you find you need more support, you also have access to scheduling a virtual visit with our PT or OT - eliminating the need to arrange childcare or bring baby with you to appointments.

  • Dr. Amanda

    Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

    Amanda has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has undergone extensive Pelvic Health Training through the Herman and Wallace Institute with a special focus on pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation.

  • Rachel

    Infant Development Specialist

    Rachel has her Master’s in Occupational Therapy and is a mother of two. She received postpartum rehabilitation from Amanda after undergoing her own pelvic floor trauma due to use of poor pushing techniques. She had a much better experience the second time around with NO tearing, urinary leakage, or pain postpartum.

  • Dr. Leigh

    Functional Medicine Practitioner

    Leigh has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, has completed additional Pelvic Health trainings, and is a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She is also a mother of two and is passionate about teaching others what she learned the hard way through her own postpartum experience.
