Rachel Kafri, OTR/L, Co-Owner
Rachel is our Pediatric Occupational Therapist, infant developmental specialist, and mom of two. Rachel received her bachelor’s in both Human Physiology and Psychology from the University of Oregon. Then received her master’s in Occupational Therapy from Boston University. She has undergone additional training in early motor milestone attainment, and is certified in the TummyTime!™ Method.
Rachel supports parents and ensures you and your baby start off on the right track by teaching you customized stretches and developmental activities to incorporate into play time, feeding, diaper changes or your sleep routine. Rachel helps with early motor milestone attainment, tummy time troubles, and treats conditions such as torticollis or plagiocephaly. She provides expert guidance on transitioning to solids, infant sleep, swaddles, and developmental toys.
Rachel firmly believes that early intervention makes the greatest impact on a child's development, and yields a lifetime of benefits.
Rachel is a Mom of 2 and while she always loved working with children, her passion for early intervention work was ignited when her eldest required intervention to treat torticollis. In her spare time, she loves family hikes and playground picnics.

Dr. Amanda Welter, PT, DPT, Co-Owner
Dr. Amanda is our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist specializing in perinatal care and pelvic health. Dr. Amanda received her bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Chemistry from Oregon State University. She received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University and has undergone additional pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Institute with a focus on best practices for pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain disorders and bowel and bladder dysfunctions.
Dr. Amanda works with moms in all stages of pregnancy to offer pain-relief, strength & conditioning and birth preparation strategies that are customized and pregnancy-specific. Dr. Amanda also works with moms, offering postpartum rehabilitation strategies treating common postpartum complications like diastasis recti, prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence; pain relief; pelvic floor & core restoration; and individualized safe return to exercise plans.
In her spare time, Dr. Amanda loves playing tennis, thrift shopping, doing home projects, reading, and hiking!

Dr. Leigh Dugan, PT, DPT, IFMCP
Dr. Leigh, our Functional Medicine Practitioner, works with women during the prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum period. Dr. Leigh received her bachelor's in Kinesiology from University of Massachusetts Amherst. Then received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University and then underwent additional training through the Institute of Functional Medicine to become a Functional Medicine Practitioner.
Dr. Leigh works with women who are looking for support during the perinatal period (or beyond) who are suffering from hormone imbalance, blood sugar imbalance, nervous system dysfunction, gut dysfunction, chronic pain, and thyroid disease. Dr. Leigh offers a personalized, systems-based approach to offer hormonal, digestive, and weight-management support that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of disease rather than treating symptoms.
Dr. Leigh empowers women to make lasting changes that support their body’s natural healing processes, improve overall well-being, and achieve their health goals.
Dr. Leigh is a Mom of 2 plus another on the way. In her spare time, she loves to workout, read, take walks, cook, and bake!
