Rachel Kafri, OTR/L, Co-Owner
Rachel is our Pediatric Occupational Therapist, trained in infant development. Rachel received her bachelor’s in both Human Physiology and Psychology from the University of Oregon. Then received her master’s in Occupational Therapy from Boston University and has undergone additional training in infant development, and is certified in the TummyTime!™ Method.
Rachel works with parents to offer infant development support to ensure you and your baby start off on the right track by teaching you customized stretches and developmental activities to incorporate into play time, feeding, diaper changes or your sleep routine. Rachel helps with milestone attainment, tummy time troubles, and treats conditions such as torticollis or plagiocephaly. She provides expert guidance on transitioning to solids, infant sleep routines, swaddles, and developmental toys. Rachel firmly believes that early intervention can make the greatest impact on a child's development, yielding a lifetime of benefits.

Amanda Welter, PT, DPT, Co-Owner
Dr. Amanda is our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist specializing in perinatal care and pelvic health. Amanda received her bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Chemistry from Oregon State University. Then received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University and has undergone additional pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Institute with a focus on best practices for pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain disorders and bowel and bladder dysfunctions.
Amanda works with moms in any stage of pregnancy to offer pain-relief, strength & conditioning and birth preparation strategies that are customized and pregnancy-specific. Amanda also works with moms in any stage of postpartum to offer postpartum rehabilitation strategies to treat common postpartum complications like diastasis recti, prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence; relieve pain; restore pelvic floor & core function; and safely return to exercise.

Leigh Dugan, PT, DPT, IFMCP
Dr. Leigh, our Functional Medicine Practitioner, works with women during the prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum period. Leigh received her bachelor's in Kinesiology from University of Massachusetts Amherst. Then received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University and then underwent additional training through the Institute of Functional Medicine to become a Functional Medicine Practitioner.
Leigh works with women who are looking for support during the perinatal period (or beyond) and may also be suffering from hormone imbalance, blood sugar imbalance, nervous system dysfunction, gut dysfunction, chronic pain, and thyroid disease. Leigh offers a personalized, systems-based approach to offer hormonal, digestive, and weight-management support that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of disease rather than treating symptoms. Leigh empowers women to make lasting changes that support their body’s natural healing processes, improve overall well-being, and achieve their health goals.
